Lavon Lake is looking for motivated couples or individuals that like variety and are good problem solvers! We have a large number of projects ranging from installing signs and painting sites to re-welding a section of fence or a gate to helping design facilities and building new tools for specific jobs and everything in-between. Many of those ideas are assigned to our Project crew. These are folks that can take a concept and make it happen. If this is you, we could use your help!

Time commitments are flexible but we prefer those who can commit for 3-6 months. All volunteers will be required to complete a background check and a volunteer application.

Special Skills Needed: Positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a team of problem solvers.

Volunteers work a minimum of 20 hours per week and are provided a campsite (most have full hook-ups) during their commitment to our team, however, you must have your own self-contained RV.
