Bridge Hospice is looking for experienced Art Therapy Certified volunteers to help our patients with the creative process involved in artistic self-expression to help develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and promote well-being.

Description
Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
