Special Events Assistant Volunteers support Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s events and development departments by helping create a hospitable, informative, and client-centered environment. The primary tasks of a Special Events Assistant are to help staff and vendors provide an enjoyable experience for guests at each special event. This may include assisting the event manager with planning special events, greeting and providing directions for vendors and guests, ensuring clients and guests are following Park rules, ensuring guests have vacated the premises in a timely manner after the event concludes, and other tasks as assigned.

Description
Founded in 2009 to support and coordinate a project to connect, invigorate and expand the Arch grounds, the Foundation is a conservancy that collaborates with partners to operate and maintain the improvements made through the CityArchRiver project.
