The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.

The organization is looking for VR Developer and offers internship programs in the Information Technology departments. Suppose you are also concerned about children’s mental health and want to learn more about the SEL program. Join us! Be a member of Resilience, Inc.

Daily Expectation

Actively participate in the development process, engaging the team and resolving issues.

Empower content creators to deliver their visions with a minimum of engineering interference.

anchor and scaling Unity UI elements to multiple screen resolutions.

implement, creating, and adjusting methods that execute through Unity UI.

create and tweak 2D animations for UI in Unity.

This role can transform into a Unity Developer (Generalist) role due to the needs and nature of projects.

Be familiar with our core topics, including self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, and decision making&goal settings

Requirements

Preferred: C#: Unity (Mobile), Photoshop, but not required.

Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)

Excellent understanding and practical experience with C#

Interest and basic understanding of development practices (version control, Agile)

Work independently.

Ability to work on a team can attend weekly remote meetings.

Reliable, punctual.

Pay attention to details.

Consistently communicate with team members.

Process eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills.

Receptive to improve problems and solving skills.

Objective learning.

Minimum of 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility during exams week.

Experience with a Unity GPS package

Experience integrating Unity with Firebase and other Google Cloud services.

Shaders and Camera Filters & FX (PostProcessing)

UX design Experience

Learning Outcome

Gain experience in VR design & development and demonstrate analytical skills during collaboration with the curriculum department and other departments.

Learn critical thinking and problem-solving skills
