Project Overview

We are searching for motivated and talented meeting coordinators to help manage Monday and Thursday meetings. The meeting coordinator assists the Project manager with holding events and meetings, taking notes, leading the meetings if needed and reporting to the Project Manager with Questions/Concerns.

We are looking for well-organized volunteers with excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills , great attention to detail, and who enjoy coordinating a team environment. Punctuality, consistency and reliability are vital in this role.
