The TogetherWell PR team helps the organization with its messaging to unify how we communicate who we are to the outside world. Specifically, we are working on the wording for the new website and help develop and promote campaigns. We work on local press outreach with the near term goal of targeting national press. Specific work includes writing messaging content, crafting press releases, developing media target lists, and developing and pitching stories to the press. Key Skills Required: Strong writing and verbal communications skills; experience in public relations and marketing; and students studying pr and/or communications in college. Relationships with local and national press a plus. 1+ year of public relations experience or students majoring in communications/pr Note: Volunteers must be 18+ years to apply.

Our goal is to help improve the well-being of families and communities in need by making critical information and support more accessible and affordable. Requirements: We are looking for volunteers to help support our social media campaigns marketing the mission and offerings of our organization. We are looking for posts to be created that are in line with our organizational style guide and content areas. We would like a mix of still posts, animations, etc with a range of topics. Social media include Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Responsibilities: Write and publish engaging posts for social media. Optimize social media posts based on our target audience’s behaviors Increase community engagement for our organization. Your support will help us to market our mental health education services to both the community and let therapists know about our services that we offer. With COVID-19 mental health services are more important now more than ever. You can really help us make a difference in our community. We have actively been working on our social media presence so there has been an established look/feel but we are open to new ideas too. We also have a helpful style guide. Note: Volunteer has to be above 18 years of age.

Tasks could include researching fundraising opportunities (grants, fellowship, business sponsorship), conducting email and phone outreach to potential funders, brainstorming new channels for funding, and identifying and executing crowd-sourcing campaigns. The email marketing strategist will be responsible for audits, content, strategy and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automations. The strategist should have a proven success building and managing a variety of email campaigns for various types of clients and entrepreneurial aptitude. Key Skills Required: 5+ years of email marketing production and end-end campaign management. 1+ year as a strategist. Define and derive email marketing strategy Work with our email marketing team to set up automations, a marketing calendar, build strategy and content Help with the audit, tracking and measuring the email marketing programs. Report and provide recommendations on our current and future email marketing programs. Use data to continually test, measure and improve the performance of our email marketing programs.
