Winn Reading is looking for volunteer reading tutors to work with students in a school setting one on one or in groups of 2 or 3. Must be willing to obtain a background check and a badge from CPS. We ask our Literacy Mentors, aka, tutors to commit to 1 hour weekly working with the same student or small group of students.
We are currently in need of Literacy Mentors to tutor in a CPS school on the west side of Cincinnati.

Description
Winn Reading goes into the schools during the school day to help students in Pre-K through 3rd grade with reading skills. Literacy Mentors complete a background check and obtain a school badge from Cincinnati Public Schools. They work with children one-on-one or in groups of two or three to improve reading skills. Literacy Mentors build a relationship with the children they help. They must commit to one hour a week working with the same students.
We are currently in need of Literacy Mentors living on the west side of Cincinnati to tutor in a CPS school.
