Primary Focus: Organize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the volunteer experience
Responsibilities:
- Work to actively recruit new volunteers
- Assess volunteer skills, interests, availability, and reliability for best assignment
- Maintain regular communication with volunteers

Poiema is a movement to restore women from brokenness. We stand in the gap for women affected by substance abuse, incarceration, intimate partner abuse, trafficking, homelessness, or other major life crisis. We see a world where every woman is valued, purposed, and empowered.
Description
Our 12-month restorative program provides a safe place to live, mentorship, resiliency groups, recovery groups, and assistance to obtain employment, to help women survivors live a transformed, restored, and independent life.
