Volunteer opportunity to assist in the Information Booth at Mercy Medical Center. To greet and direct patients and visitors to the various areas of the hospital and physician offices. Must be 18 years old or older.
In this role, the duties would include:
- Greeting visitors, patients, vendors, etc. and direct/escort to destination
- Transport individuals to destination as needed
- Use external hospital map to clarify directions to surrounding hospital buildings
- Communicating with various departments within the hospital
- Provide clerical support as needed
