GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the volunteer bookkeeper will assist with managing financial details for the organization, and perform related duties as required.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists with managing internal budget.

-Assists with processing client invoices and collecting fees.

-Assists with forecasting for fiscal year.

-Develop relationship with community organizations.

-Periodically prepares reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or funding sources.

TIME COMMITMENT

The volunteer bookkeeper position is part-time, totaling 5 hours per week.

That's why we're committed to supporting our members through:

  • Monthly local meet-ups;

  • Quarterly grant awards;
