About The Role

Lead a talented team of developers, artists, designers, and communicators in order to build a groundbreaking project. Help bring the democratized value of blockchain to entirely new audiences through fun and accessible experiences.

Work with sub-team leads to set goals, assign and manage tasks, lead meetings, and create a productive environment for volunteers. To understand and support a multidisciplinary team, an eagerness to learn about a variety of subjects is required, from blockchain to gaming to UX design.

Requirements

• Must be able to collaborate and work closely with a diverse team.
• Must have a desire to push yourself and work while learning continuously.
• Must work with Product Owner to understand the vision of the project at a high level and create plans to implement a quality product.
• Must be eager to work with others and solve a variety of problems creatively.
• Preferred skills include; communication, delegation, mentoring and empathy.
• Can commit 10+ hours/week
