ORGANIZATION: HARBOR HOPE CENTER

Help end Youth/Young Adult homelessness in our area by providing housing, education assistance, and skills needed to help them to become self-sufficient.

A Host Home is a private home with a compassionate person or family who wants to make a difference in the life of an at-risk or homeless youth young adult.
