NAMIWalks Greater L.A. County Mental Health Fest is Southern California's largest mental health advocacy event, which raises awareness, stomping out stigma, and making it easier for people to seek help, all while raising vital funds for NAMI Greater L.A. County's mission of mental health for all!.

As a volunteer you will play a critical role in executing an amazing event, from setting up and decorating the site, to registering participants, supporting walkers on the route, ensuring a great event experience, and packing up the site at the end of the day.

You will receive an exclusive Volunteer shirt and snacks. We can sign for school volunteer hours.

4 Shifts

  • Sat May 04, 2024 - 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    Volunteers will help set-up walk site and welcome participants
  • Sat May 04, 2024 - 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
    This shift will help with registering participants and cheering on walkers on the route
  • Sat May 04, 2024 - 10:30 AM to 02:00 PM
    Volunteers will help out the activations of Positive Coping Skills
  • Sat May 04, 2024 - afternoon / 02:00 PM to 04:45 PM
    Clean up and tear down of the event
  • NONE OF THESE DAYS WORK FOR ME, BUT I CAN STILL HELP

You can help keep essential mental health services free for every family and individual in need. With your support, we will ensure our programs are available for all who need them!
