Shepherd Revolution Leadership Academy (SRLA) believes that when leaders get better the world gets better so we are on a mission to build the most innovative leadership curriculum for K8 Learners. We do education differently by giving learners the tools they need to be empowered while creating a safe space for learning. Imagine a world where kids grow up as healthy leaders who understood their identities and discovered their genius to solve the world’s biggest challenges.
We are looking to bring on board of directors to help us build and grow as a startup private nonprofit organization. We are obsessed with innovation and leadership. The Board Member will serve on our organization's governing body. The Board Member's responsibilities include advising on strategic plans, participating in evaluations, and monitoring its financial affairs. You should also prepare for board meetings, attend them regularly, and actively participate in them. The Board Member should have significant professional leadership experience and strong diplomatic skills. An outstanding Board Member will be passionately committed to the organization's mission.

Learners will ultimately become Shepherd Leaders who lead, guide, nurture, and protect those who are in their care.Our vision for 2030 is to have an SRLA Mirco-School in 10 states. We believe that we are the solution for the education evolution, because when leaders get better families get better, communities get better, schools get better, governments get better, and ultimately the world gets better.
