Mission Statement

Our vision is to nurture healthier families and communities by doing education differently. We will do this by developing the whole child: emotionally, spiritually, physically and intellectually. Learners will ultimately become Shepherd Leaders who lead, guide, nurture, and protect those who are in their care.Our vision for 2030 is to have an SRLA Mirco-School in 10 states. We believe that we are the solution for the education evolution, because when leaders get better families get better, communities get better, schools get better, governments get better, and ultimately the world gets better.
