  • Assist in refining existing brand creative and content strategy, positioning & guidelines with executives, and internal teams to find alignment between trending topics and homelessness.

  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative and content strategies to support potential donors, channels, and products.

  • Work closely with the marketing team on all creative and content.

  • Design creative for all marketing and work with all teams from concept to implementation.

  • Lead the production of all marketing assets. Manage content, marketing creators, graphic designers & copywriters (internal and external).

  • Partner with Marketing, PR, Education, grants teams to conceptualize, create and complete projects of the highest caliber possible.

  • Manage projects from inception to production, find creative solutions under pressure, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.

  • Review & approve work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback

The Bautista Project Inc team members are building individualized plans that cater to each homeless person’s specific needs. Creating a program that will help them thrive and successfully reintegrate into work and home.

Bautista Project Inc has boots on the ground, listening and mentoring homeless community members and displaced youth. Serving and empowering the homeless community members so that they can take better care of themselves. Because that's the goal, right?

We connect people experiencing homelessness to housing assistance and services tailored to their unique needs and strengths to help them achieve and maintain stable housing and an even more sustainable lifestyle.
