Volunteer United/AmeriCorps Seniors is a program of United Way that recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies in Martin County.
The mission of the organization where this opportunity is located is to inspire a passion and participation in the arts.
Volunteers daily are needed to greet visitors at the Courthouse Cultural Center located near downtown Stuart.
Duties include: Opening and/or closing the galleries depending on the shift.
Registering guests and keeping a count of the visitors.
Requesting donations and handing out general exhibit information.
Keeping location organized.
Hours:
Tuesday thru Thursday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Friday 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Must be friendly, outgoing and an art background/interest. Must be 17 or older.
