The Connection Center Receptionist is a positive and energetic individual who greets arriving visitors, manages all incoming calls and aids with need requests. The main tasks include connecting incoming calls of individuals who request help from the ministry and direct them to the appropriate mentor in the Connection Center. In addition basic office assistance is an additional task this position consists of, as an Operations Support Team member. This is a great opportunity to improve not only professional skills but also support individuals in need locally.
