- Staff Information Desk: Provides accurate in-depth information about the facilities, programs, and resources of Hot Springs National Park.
- Answers telephones: Answer regular and reoccurring questions from visitors and transfers more complex calls to appropriate staff.
- Answers emails: Responds to visitor emails of regular and reoccurring questions and forwards more complicated emails to appropriate staff.
Goal: To assist ranger staff in daily operations of the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitor Center a contributing to the enjoyment of park visitors.
Desired Outcomes: Improve visitor understanding, increase visitor safety, and maintain visitor satisfaction while protecting park resources.
