Make a difference in the life of someone nearing the end of their journey. Registered Therapy Dog teams needed to provide friendly visits and canine companionship to patients living with a terminal illness. Teams also provide a calm presence to patients and their family members.
Our hospice companion volunteers visit with our patients a few times a month. These visits provide companionship to our patients and for patients living at home our volunteers provide much needed relief to primary caregivers to take some time for self-care.
