Are you looking to create an impact in your community by helping Women of Color career changers learn new tech skills? Currently, WOC only make up a small percentage of the tech community and we are looking to increase those numbers by teaching WOC advanced technology and leadership skills so they gain economic empowerment.
We are looking for Technical Mentors to serve as Teaching Assistants during our 6-week online coding program for Women of Color looking to upskill their talents by learning the basics of HTML/CSS/JavaScript. During this workshop series, Technical Mentors will be able to sign up for weeks and days they'd be available on a rolling basis. Our next workshop runs from March to April 2022
If you’re technical with experience in programming or design, being a Technical Mentor is a really rewarding way to give back! Help create a welcoming environment and answer questions students may have. Reply to this post or use the link below to sign up and learn more.
