Outreach Services

• Operation Easter Basket 2022
• We supply the families with food baskets and gift/toy baskets for the children.

2022

Event: April 3 rd (Sunday)

Time: 2pm to 4pm

Location: Scott United Methodist Church

NOTE: We are going to give out food baskets for the families, children Easter baskets and FREE HAIR CUTS & STYLES

Remote volunteer work:

1. Call around to local stores for donations for Easter.

2. Call around for Barbers, Hairstylists, Face-Painters, Nail-Tech’s and donated food for the event.

3. Database creation and document incoming applications for the event

4. Email confirmations to the families and professionals that are signing up for the event

5. Email confirmations to sponsors and donors for the event

In-person volunteer work:

1. Assist with setting the event up

2. Assist with clean up

3. Assist with giving out the food and children’s baskets

4. Assist with parking cars

5. Possibly assist with passing out the hot donated food to families
