Hold a hand, send a card, listen, read or sing. Make gifts for patients, perform light housekeeping or just sit and provide comfort. Our volunteers usually spend 1-3 hours with a patient. During this time they can read to patients, play games, write letters, assist with plant or pet care, talk about patient's life or just sit and keep them company. Any amount of time you can spare means the world to our patients and their families. Our volunteer coordinator will work with you to find your best fit. Our volunteers are a part of that team.
Description
