Volunteers needed now! Help members of our community to build their language skills in Mi Casa Resource Center's English as a Second Language course. The ESL course is 11 weeks - our summer session began on May 9th and will go until July 22nd.

Classes are:
Tuesdays 5:30pm to 7pm
Thursdays 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am to 12:00pm

There is still a high need for volunteer instructors for this session, especially for our weekday classes. You can volunteer once, twice, or three times per week - we only ask that to commit to attending at least once per week for most weeks. If you have travel plans or other planned commitments, we will work with your schedule!

You will be working on a team of other instructors providing a mix of large-group instruction, small-group support, or one-on-one tutoring. You do not need to speak Spanish and all the curriculum and training materials are provided.

We have had amazing interest and turnout in Denver's Westwood community for this course and want to provide students with the best experience possible - that starts with our amazing volunteers! We would love to get new volunteers started ASAP, please reach out if you are interested and share with your community.
