A volunteer Human Resources Manager will supervise our hiring process from recruitment, interviewing to onboarding new volunteers. They help connect volunteers with our Program Managers, help build a strong volunteer community, improve volunteer engagement and build strategic resource plans.
Requirements: 5+ years
Experience in Human Resources Experience in mentoring junior HR volunteers if needed
Ability to give presentations.
Very effective and efficient written and verbal communication
Ability to build and maintain a positive working environment in the team.
Basic working knowledge of Google sheets, Doc and forms.
Note: All volunteers must be 18+ to apply.
