Moving Day is a fun and inspiring fundraising event that unites families, friends, and communities to create awareness, raise funds, and celebrate movement through yoga, dance, etc. and a walk - activities proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms.
Put your passion to work! Bring your talent to the Moving Day Committee by serving as the Event Chair for Moving Day CNY. Moving Day CNY is Saturday, May 21st at 10:00 am at Willow Bay at Onondaga Lake Park. You can read more at www.movingdaycny.org.
The Event Chair is an enthusiastic, organized, and goal-oriented leader in the community who is responsible for partnering with the Parkinson’s staff partner to lead the committee in effectively implementing Moving Day.

- Monthly Committee Meetings (Meeting more often when necessary); 2-4 hours/week. All volunteer opportunities except for the day-of duties can be performed on nights and weekends or however your schedule allows.
