The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is seeking volunteers to become trained to assist seniors, families, and others during tax season. Volunteers can be Community Resource Volunteers (help clients access services), Tax Preparers (complete tax returns) or Intake Specialists (upload documents to our virtual system).
Training is provided: 20-25 hours total.
Time commitment: We ask for an average of one 4-hour shift per week from January 24th until April 15th. You choose when to volunteer from a large list of options. The main location is in Ann Arbor with additional sites located throughout Washtenaw County. The virtual system allows even more flexibility to volunteer from home.
