Wonderful teams, Brighten someone's life with your certified therapy dog!
Volunteers are an important part of the Hospice multi-disciplinary care team. Volunteers are needed to provide friendly visits in homes, facilities, and/or hospitals. Volunteers bring joy to individuals on hospice care.
All human volunteers go through training, health screenings and background checks. The hospice training class is scheduled to run Wednesdays January 24th-February 21st. The training classes will explore the history of Hospice, physical symptoms of death and dying, spirituality, grief & bereavement, and volunteer protocols.
Looking forward to you and your companion joining our team!
