Educate. Radiate. Elevate. (E.R.E.) is excited to invite passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Development Committee. In this role, you will be instrumental in spreading awareness and building strategic partnerships to ensure the success of our programs and services. By joining us, you'll contribute to transforming the lives of our most vulnerable youth. Strong education has a profound impact-not only on the students but also on their families, communities, and society at large.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Community Awareness: Enhance the visibility of E.R.E.’s mission and programs through strategic outreach and advocacy.
  • Network and Build Relationships: Connect with individuals and organizations passionate about education and equity, establishing valuable partnerships.
  • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your professional connections to engage with nonprofits, corporations, community/service providers, and other potential partners.
  • Utilize Professional Skills: Apply your expertise to assist with goal-oriented tasks, including fundraising and recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with Fundraising: Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to support E.R.E.'s initiatives and expand our impact.
  • Participate in Committee Meetings: Attend regular online meetings (at least every other month) to strategize, discuss progress, and contribute to committee goals.
  • Complete KPIs: Meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to organizational objectives.
  • Commitment: Engage with the committee for a minimum of one year.

Requirements:

  • Location: Reside in or have connections with Illinois and/or Texas.
  • Passion: Strong commitment to education, equity, and community service.
  • Networking Skills: Eager to build and maintain relationships with potential donors and partners.
  • Self-Starter: An outgoing individual who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Creativity: Willing to contribute innovative ideas using your skills and network.
  • Availability: Able to participate in regular committee meetings and complete organizational objectives.
