We have been awarded a Google Ad Grant. We have a daily budget limit of $329 USD, which is equivalent to about $10,000 USD per month. We are looking for a Google Ads professional to help us maximize this grant. Our website has been up and running for over a year. We have analytics that can be used to maximize this grant money's potential. Our goal is to direct users to the donate page, which will help us to engage donors and ensure our sustainability. We have had google analytics running on our WordPress website for nearly two years and Kepler Academy ran our google ads for 4 months (with detailed reports of key phrases, etc). We are also implementing many changes to the website as a result of an intensive marketing audit we just received. We also have a Marketing Team of 6 interns and 2 professionals for blogs and social media as well as 3 volunteers helping with the website edits. They can help as needed.

E.R.E. is a new nonprofit striving to improve educational equity. Marketing and storytelling are major aspects of our fundraising strategy. We have a robust Marketing Team of interns and a collaborative Fundraising Committee. We utilize effective software such as Canva and ContentStudio. Our goal is to share our mission and inspire people to get involved. We do this with daily social media posts, monthly newsletters, and special fundraising events. We are seeking a marketing professional to take our strategy to the next level! We are looking for a second Marketing Team Manager who has experience with marketing and leadership to guide the interns at their weekly meetings, give feedback on their weekly drafts, and answer their marketing questions as needed. This position requires 2-3 hours per week starting ASAP and we are asking for a least a 6-month commitment. We have a Marketing Team of 6 Interns (2 for Content Creation, 2 for Social Media, and 2 for Graphic Design) and 1 Marketing Team Manager. They meet online for 1 hour per week (Tuesdays at 6pm CT) to plan the blog and social media posts for 3 weeks from then. Every Monday they submit their first drafts for 2 weeks from then and their final drafts for 1 week from then. The team uses google drive, GroupMe, Canva, and ContentStudio to discuss and create. They have been working together in this way for nearly 1 year now and are very self-sufficient. Our Fundraising Committee members also assist with special projects, like our Back-to-School fundraiser and our Giving Season strategy.

We are seeking members who are residents of Illinois or Texas and who have legal, finance, and/or community/family services experience. Our 501(c)(3) was just founded in IL & TX in November 2020, so this is a unique opportunity to play an active role in the early evolution of our development. We need strategic thinkers who can dedicate time and guidance to ensure the success of our programs. About Us: Inequities were spotlighted as a result of pandemic school closures. So our founder, a veteran operator of a tutoring business, branched off to form a separate nonprofit for students who cannot afford tutoring. Our purpose is to strengthen the educational achievement of underserved K-12 students by providing them with high-quality instruction from experienced tutors who will assist them with academics, enrichment, and test prep as well as essential learning and life skills. Our mission is to minimize the disproportionate learning losses for low-income students of color to provide economic, social, and emotional stability for the youth served, their families, and their community. Our goal in our first full school year of operation is to provide equitable education support to at least 30 students this school year, with an upward trajectory for the following years. We have a functioning website but have hit some snags with edits. Please help with the revisions so the proper message is being portrayed to interested volunteers, partners, and donors. I have a WordPress website hosted by DreamHost which uses Elementor (https://www.educateradiateelevate.org/). I am slightly familiar with the back-end of WordPress and have been able to do most changes on my own, but I am stuck on some items. I have written out the help I need clearly in steps, so that this can be done autonomously. Once these edits are done, I can start sharing the pages with potential volunteers, partners, and donors - all vital players in our nonprofit's success. It would be great to have someone on an ongoing basis to help with edits a few hours a month.

It is really important that our website is maximized for the upcoming giving season. We have a WordPress website hosted by DreamHost which uses Elementor ( https://www.educateradiateelevate.org/ ). I am slightly familiar with the back-end of WordPress and have been able to do most changes on my own, but I am stuck on some items currently. I have the following described in more detail elsewhere, but for a general idea: Improve the responsiveness of the site when viewed on a tablet and/or phone Improve the overall layout of the site (i.e. text centered, add columns, use color blocking, etc). I have 3 example websites we like to model ours after. Improve the Partner page with new content Add more relevant CTA buttons throughout the site Find organic ways to incorporate 4 specific keyphrases Change the alt tag descriptions of for all photos to specific keyphrases (provided) I have written out the help I need clearly in steps, so that this can be done autonomously. And I would like to have someone on the team I can reach out to when new additions or changes are needed - maybe around 2-3 hours of work a week.
