ORGANIZATION: National Park Service

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

The Trail Blazers, like other community outreach teams, serve as the eyes, ears, voice and hands of the park. Trail Blazers see, hear and report the comments and concerns of the park’s visitors making the CRNRA a safer, cleaner, more user-friendly place. Active involvement by community members will deter and reduce crime and increase maintenance action; thereby increasing the safety and enjoyment of the park for visitors. Trail Blazers are a cohesive body of concerned citizens addressing concerns that are of importance to the entire park and its visitors. Members may walk, wheelchair, run or ride a bike (where authorized), canoe, kayak or raft the park units. First and foremost, we want Trail Blazers to enjoy their time in the park.
