They should have experience representing clients in Immigration Court, USCIS, Superiors Court of CA Family/Probate and Criminal Division, BIA and Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit. We are looking for attorneys with experience assisting folks with asylum or withholding status, CAT, Special Immigration Juvenile Status, Cancellation of Removal, U- and T-Visas, VAWA, Adjustment of Status or Naturalization, Post-Conviction Relief, and other.
