The Pet Piece of Mind program assists patients to help support there furry friends in need.

Activities may include:

  • Feeding a Pet
  • Transporting a Pet to the Vet
  • Marketing for the Program
  • Helping to look for appropriate families to rehome a pet
These volunteers play a large role in allowing our patients to continue to enjoy there beloved animals, and ensure they are taken care of. These tasks may seem simple, but make a huge difference in the day-to-day activities of our hospice patients and their Fur families.

Our office is located in Cheboygan, but we also serve patients in surrounding areas from the Eastern Upper Peninsula including the islands, to Indian River, Brutus, and more.

Perspective volunteers will need to complete an interview and onboarding process.
