McLaren Hospice is in search of individuals with therapy dogs who wish to share their talents with our patients.

We would like to work with individuals or groups that could bring the benefits of therapy dogs to our patients.

Pets required to be licensed therapy animals.

Our office is located in Cheboygan, but we also serve patients in surrounding areas from the Eastern Upper Peninsula including the islands, to Indian River, Brutus, and more.

Perspective volunteers will need to complete an interview and onboarding process, including our additional pet therapy education.

McLaren Hospice offers hope, comforting treatment, and help in guiding health care decisions that are very important to our patients and their loved ones. Volunteers play an integral part in providing individualized care that helps meet each patient and family's goals and needs.
