Our organization provides Zoom seated exercise sessions designed for anyone with a condition that limits their mobility and ability to traditional exercise.
The instructor portion of those sessions is recorded.
We are looking for a volunteer to do minimum edits to those videos. Such as removing any glitches such as those caused by low bandwidth, low volume, or similar. Add a description. And post to YouTube. The original videos will be available by approximately 11 AM Central time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Processing must be completed and uploaded to YouTube on the same day.
Video editing software can be provided.

Description
The Working On Wellness Foundation provides online seated exercise sessions, live via Zoom or on YouTube, created and conducted by our experienced and certified instructors. All can be done while remaining seated. They include cardio, upper body, lower body, core, balance, coordination, and hand exercises.
