Wanting to volunteer your time to help patients and families in your community? Comfortable using computers and wanting to get some experience in the healthcare field? Then perhaps this opportunity is for you!

Sacred Journey Hospice provides palliative care to terminal patients during end of life. This care primarily takes place in the home, with multiple disciplines making visits to the home. Some of our patients are in other settings, such as assisted living facilities, personal care homes, and nursing homes. Our disciplines focus on comfort care ranging from clinical care to spiritual care and everything in between. Our volunteers play a vital role to our patients and families as well.

We are looking for volunteers who are available to assist on a weekly basis in clerical/administrative activities. Includes computer work, Microsoft Office, data entry to medical records, assisting in compliance/quality control, etc.

Adequate education and training will be provided. We look forward to working together to assist our patients and families in the community!
