Is seeing real change more important to you than money? Do you want to empower people throughout the world?
Then this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Needpedia not only provides citizens and experts with a place to share all their ideas for any problem, with anything; it also provides them with innovative new tools to collaborate on the best ideas.
The software to do this took years to develop but it's finally almost ready to go online and I need help with executive level functions. I"m busy upgrading Needpedia's homepage video and directing programmers, and plan on recruiting more. It would be your job to help with other elements. We need more of everything: content creators, donors, media, guides, feedback, and legal defense, to say the least.
To be clear we're not going to get rich off of this site, not unless we accomplish so much for the world that people offer us book deals or something. Needpedia is not a company, it's an open source collective that if anything, would use NFTs to fund humanitiarian operations. (After a community agrees on a humanitarian idea, they can make an NFT about it and sell it as a collectible through our charity/tech).
Invariably, corruptive forces will appear so it's important that all executives in the organization are activists who understand climate change and peace treaties are a matter of life or death not only for 'those poor ___ people', but quite possibly for ourselves and our families as well. I need people who understand what a nightmare 'collapse' would be, and are essentially 'true believers'. -That said, we also have to be open minded and collaborative, so we can't be over-zealous either. Ideally you've seen how bad things can get and are devoted to solving problems. The world is full of great ideas so you can always create a page for it on Needpedia and promote both at the same time. It is, fundamentally a good idea to have an archive for solutions so it's not hard to "sell" people on this, only to "sell" them enough to get them to actually do anything. The hardest thing about not being a company is that we rely on volunteers. We've got one paid developer and he's busy with server related stuff. However, if we can effectively crowdfund Needpedia then we'll have a budget to work with and can hire all kinds of help. -That said, I plan on keeping Needpedia's overhead as low as possible so that it'll never do anything bad out of desperation for money, (No corporate or gov "partnerships" who end up with strings they can pull. Needpedia's designed to unite people against corruption, not become so prestigious it ends up partnering with it).
*To understand how this tech can be used to fight covid. If someone see there's an idea for a homeless shelter, they can propose adding air circulation and filtration. If co-workers feel there is any kind of threat from Covid at all in their workplace, or beyond, they can use Needpedia to begin networking around solutions, as they would for any other problem.

To build the wiki for all solutions, to any problem, with any thing.
Needpedia's goal is to build the wiki for all possible solutions to any problem, with anything. But more than that, our goal is connect people over the best ideas on Earth. So we also built a social media site, both so that people can use the social media site to collaborate on ideas they like in the wiki section, and so that people can use the wiki section to improve and even govern/democractize the social media section.
