Program Area: Refugee Resettlement & Placement
Location: Virtual & In-person
Schedule: Position starting at the end of December
Position Summary: Speakers of numerous languages (including but not limited to: Pashto, Dari, Arabic,
Amharic, Kiswahili, Rohingya, and are needed to ensure refugees’ full understanding and participation in
the community.
Qualifications:
* A fluent understanding of English and at least one foreign language is listed above.
* Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (for in-person tasks)

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is a non-profit organization established in 1976 to serve immigrants and refugees in Portland, Oregon. IRCO assists individuals and families successfully navigate their lives from cradle through career. IRCO provides programs and volunteer opportunities in the following areas:
