Christmas is passed and volunteers are needed!
Heartland Hospice is looking for caring people who would like to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
What do our volunteers do?? We have a wonderful Volunteer Team. Some of our Volunteers work in our office and others interact with our patients and their caregivers.
When do our volunteers work?? The time and days are up to the Volunteer. Our Volunteers get options and if it doesn't work with their schedule then they pass. Volunteers have the control of their schedules. 1-4 hours monthly on average.
What are the ages of our patients?? 18 years to 100+ years
What are the locations of our patients and facilities?? St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Montgomery, Pike counties. We keep our Volunteers close to their homes (they can travel farther and that is up to them)

The stories from our patients, their families and the Volunteer stories are amazing. Volunteering changes lives!
