Goodwill SWPA

Goodwill of Southwestern PA is looking for individuals who enjoy helping others to make an impact in the adult learning community by assisting instructors in the ONLINE classroom. We are mainly looking for volunteers who can work with students on basic math up to algebra, with direction provided by the classroom teacher. We sometimes need volunteers to help students with reading/writing skills, and high school science/social studies topics as well. Our students are working to take the GED tests to obtain their High School Equivalency diplomas.
Classes are morning, afternoon, and evening - choose a time that works for you! Volunteers must have, or be working towards, a bachelor’s degree in any field, and a desire to help adult students achieve their educational goals! An interest in the subject matter is always a plus!
