Goodwill of Southwestern PA is looking for individuals who enjoy helping others to make an impact in the adult learning community by assisting instructors in the ONLINE classroom.
We are mainly looking for volunteers who can work with students on basic math up to algebra, with direction provided by the classroom teacher. We sometimes need volunteers to help students with reading/writing skills, and high school science/social studies topics as well. Our students are working to take the GED tests to obtain their High School Equivalency diplomas.
Classes are morning, afternoon, and evening - choose a time that works for you! A desire to help adult students achieve their educational goals and an interest in the subject matter is always a plus! Those interested can contact Ashley Reilly, Education Volunteer Coordinator by text at 412-498-0412 or by email at ashley.reilly@goodwillswpa.org
