WHAT: Help provide a post-vaccination survey, gift cards, and raffles to residents that get vaccinated!
IMPACT: Public health experts are using a using a data-driven approach to identify areas with low vaccination rates, especially in areas that have been most affected by the pandemic. Community groups such as M.E.N.D. host mobile clinics in these areas to support our most vulnerable neighbors.
LOCATION: Pacoima CA 91331
TIME: 7:30am - 12:00pm
VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive at 7:30 am for volunteer check-in
Volunteers will make sure that patients who get vaccinated also get their incentives on the day of the pop-up vaccine clinic.
REQUIREMENTS
Bring and properly wear a mask
Be flexible and comfortable to pitch in where help is needed
Be a friendly face! We want this to be a positive experience for everyone!
