As a member of the adult advisory team, you are helping to train the next generation of environmental leaders. Feed their passion and focus their energy on meaningful projects which will make a difference.
The Associate Advisor of Administration provides mentorship and support to the youth leader of the Green Crew who has been elected by their peers as the Vice President of Administration. As the Vice President of Administration, the trained youth leader will ensure safe operations of the Crew. This trained youth position services as a member of the Green Crew's executive leadership team.
As their trained advisor, you will support their goal setting, leadership development, and personal development. Inspire. Guide. Train. And be their biggest cheerleader.

The Green Crew's mission is to lead the adventure of "saving the world." The Green Crew is a youth-inspired and youth-led environmental action organization. Our conservation service projects provide youth the hands-on experience in meaningful action to make the natural world healthier.
Description
Launching in January 2022, the Green Crew is a unique collaboration between the Izaak Walton League and the BSA venturing program. We sponsor 1 or 2 environmental adventures per month. These adventures have been designed, planned, and implemented by youth. Adults serve as consultants and advisors.
