Seeking volunteers to lead adaptive movement classes for adults with disabilities, some with limited range of motion. Open to any type of class: dance, fitness, yoga, etc. This class would ideally meet weekly, any time between 9-11am or 12:30-2:30pm for about an hour. Any day M-F. Must be comfortable engaging with adults with disabilities. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Masks required if in person. This can be done virtually as well if interested!
