The Front Desk/Greeter is the face and voice of the agency since he/she is the first person to interact with participants, family members, guests and volunteers. It is an essential role that requires a positive and professional attitude.
Primary Duties:
· Greet and welcome visitors
· Answer phones, transfer calls and put callers in voice mailboxes
· Register participants for programs and healing arts services
· Give tours of facility
· Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Volunteers are needed for its Beachwood and Westlake locations.
Must have COVID-19 vaccine.
Days and Times Needed:
· EAST- two hour shifts generally from 9 am- 8 pm, Monday thru Thursday, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday: 9 am-1 pm
· WEST-three hours shifts generally from 9 am- 8pm, Monday thru Thursday, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm
