Company Description: Abuse Refuge Org (ARO) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). We focus our best efforts and practices to assist and help those abused by aiding in 10 major areas of abuse to include: Sexual, Physical, Narcissistic, Psychological, Financial, Bullying, Spousal, Cyber, Child, and Self-abuse.

Job Summary:
The Offboarding Supervisor provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to offboarding coordinators and support staff who provide offboarding support to hiring managers across several areas.
Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
- Works in collaboration with the Offboarding Manager
- Oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators
- Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process
- Works with the team to offboard team members in a timely manner
- Tracks all members who need to be offboarded.
- Communicates with managers in other departments about unresponsive team members
- Provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate national-level initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field a plus.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be available to volunteer 15+ hours a week
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
