Volunteer position description

BOSLab is seeking an accounting professional or motivated accounting student for help with BOSLab's routine accounting and bookkeeping. Duties include various accounting activities such as:

• Adding transactions into QuickBooks
• Helping with bank and PayPal statements reconciliation
• Assisting with year-end financial reports
• Preparing financial reports
• Helping a small non-profit with your expertise!

Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Aptitude for mathematics if student volunteer
