Many of our clients are working professionals who are experiencing added stress and pressure as a result of COVID-19 and the varying regulations. For example, working parents may have difficulty finding adequate child care solutions due to school related COVID-19 protocols. Aging family members may be unwilling to assist and may feel guilty as a result of having lost a loved one to COVID. Those who have been on the front lines have experienced many traumatic experiences and need support in managing their wellbeing at this time.

Description
We have all experienced a traumatic event that impacted our mental health at some point in our lives. We learned strategies to manage our mental wellbeing and are committed to helping others. We provide small group Support Groups, Workforce Development skills and housing assistance. We serve the underserved population of individuals and families who have been impacted by mental illness. COAP can help you cope.
