Changing Ourselves Actively & Productively is committed to the awareness of and support for mental health, acknowledging the effects of mental illness within families, and providing skills, resources and support for mental wellbeing.

Description

We have all experienced a traumatic event that impacted our mental health at some point in our lives. We learned strategies to manage our mental wellbeing and are committed to helping others. We provide small group Support Groups, Workforce Development skills and housing assistance. We serve the underserved population of individuals and families who have been impacted by mental illness. COAP can help you cope.
