VPIA is a Global non for profit Organization serving Humanity by raising Virtues consciousness and helping communities and organizations.

As a Google Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of VPIA’s Google Workspace environment. You will work closely with various teams to understand their requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.

The role is to work with the VPIA Technology Chair to:

  1. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Google Workspace.
  2. Configure and customize Google Workspace applications to meet VPIA’s needs.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace services.
  4. Implement security best practices to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Google Workspace with other systems and applications.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for Google Workspace configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Three to Five years’ experience in administering Google Workspace in a corporate environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet.
  4. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) is desirable.
  5. Certification in Google Workspace Administration (e.g., Google Certified Administrator) is desirable.
  6. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks is a plus.
  7. Well organized and excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Teamwork oriented and harmonious people skills.
  9. Able to commit to learning and understanding what VPIA stands for.
  10. Very Reliable, High Integrity, Commitment and Diligence.
