We are a non profit that is going to have our annual Board retreat in Dallas TX during January 14-17, 2022. We need help with finding a venue, submitting for the MLK day parade making sure we have handouts for the parade. We also need to schedule some meetings with City officials. I would like to give out swag bags to the participants. Also arranging speakers and a dinner. These volunteers will be working with our Board Secretary. This counts for volunteer service if you are High School and college student. We would also like a professional in this build that our young people can learn from.
